    Please don’t post unrelated promotions, external ads, or repeated messages. Use official event posting options for promoting your events.

  • Respect Privacy
    Don’t share personal information (yours or others’) without consent.

  • Accurate & Complete Info
    Include clear event names, dates, times, venue location, dance styles, and ticket details. Accuracy builds trust!

  • High-Quality Visuals
    Upload eye-catching images or flyers that represent your event professionally.

  • No Duplicate Events
    Please don’t post the same event multiple times. For repeating events, use our repeat listing feature.

  • Keep It Latin
    LatinPlanner is dedicated to Latin dance and social culture — Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Zouk, and more. Events outside this scope may be removed.

  • Respectful Promotion
    Avoid using ALL CAPS or misleading titles. Promote your event in a fun and honest way!

  • Follow Local Laws
    Make sure your event complies with local regulations and safety requirements.

    🚫 Violations

    Failure to follow these guidelines may result in content removal, a warning, or account suspension.
    We aim to keep LatinPlanner a safe, welcoming space for everyone! If you notice a violation of our guidelines, please report it to us.
    We appreciate your help in keeping our community safe and respectful.

By placing an order for a membership on LatinPlanner.com, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Membership Fee Official Event Organizer
    The annual membership fee is €36.00 ex taxes. This payment grants you access to a 1-year Official Event Organizer membership on LatinPlanner.com.

  2. Membership Fee Event Organizer
    The annual membership fee is €24.00 ex taxes. This payment grants you access to a 1-year Event Organizer membership on LatinPlanner.com.
  3. Membership Fee Event Organizer (1-year trial)
    Your first year trial membership is for free. After the trial ends, the annual membership fee is €24.00 ex taxes. This payment grants you access to a 1-year Event Organizer membership on LatinPlanner.com. You can opt-out or upgrade at anytime during your trial period by sending us an e-mail.
  4. Membership Fee Social Member
    This membership is forever free of charge and can be deleted by User at anytime. 
  5. The following event promotion options are considered additional features and are not included in memberships. These services are available only at an additional cost and must be arranged separately:
    – Get Featured on Our Homepage – pricing on request
    – Boosted Event Page Visibility – pricing on request
    – Create a Forum for Your Event – pricing on request
    – Share Event Announcements – pricing on request

  6. Payment Terms
    To activate your account membership, we kindly ask that payment will be made in advance via PayPal or bank transfer.
    If payment is not received, your order may be canceled, and access to the membership will not be granted.

  7. Activation
    Your membership will be activated once the full payment is received and processed. You will receive a confirmation email.

  8. Renewal
    Membership is valid for 12 months from the activation date. Renewal is not automatic. One month before ending date you will be notified before the end of your membership period with the option to renew for another year.

  9. Cancellation & Refunds
    You may cancel your order before making a payment without any obligation.
    Once the payment has been made and the membership is active, no refunds will be issued.

  10. Usage Guidelines
    As a member, you agree to use the platform respectfully and in accordance with our community standards and event posting guidelines.

  11. Changes to Terms
    LatinPlanner reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
